Is not noisy at all. I'm happy with this purifier. This is the best $ I have spent. I have two and order another This is the best $ I have spent in I don't know how long! I live in a 525 sq. ft. apartment with an adopted, senior cat. There is NO order of any kind now! While larger than I thought this little machine really works great! We have it in the bedroom of our RV and placed it near a kitty litter box that is in a closet. I empty the litter box daily but I was still smelling the "fresh" litter that I added each day (I don't like how it smells but do like how it works...lol) so I turn this little guy on and no more fresh litter smells, just fresh "air". Added bonus is on high it makes white noise for better sleeping! On low it is almost silent.
