I purchased it, and have been using it for the past few weeks, and I'm disappointed with the product, but returning it is an even bigger headache. The one and only pro about this product is that I sleep better and breathe better when it is on! The cons are: Too noisy, makes the rooms where I use it too cold, portability is poor, especially in a two story home!!
