As always, great job!! The service was great, and there's nothing that I know of that needs improvement. Of course it would be better if you could do it for free............(supposed to be a joke) top stair landing wasnt cleaned. i paid for 4 areas, tech said i only had 3 1/2 areas but still didnt clean the top stair landing. suzuki boulevard c50 air cleanerit's only ~10 sq feet - some staines i feel could have been pre treated betterdiy ionizer air purifier The same tech has come to my house before.he always does a great job.lowe's canada air purifiers The estimate provided via telephone and email of $250.00 was lower than the actual charge of $270.00. Perhaps both should get together and agree on a price before the technicians show up for the service.

Nope...................no need to think about any improvements................everything was perfect Norm and Jeff were pleasant workmen and careful to respect the interior walls. They went back over soiled areas to try and get as clean as possible. VERY happy with the service and technicians! I would like to get the "early" appointment time, I always ask for it and may have gotten it once. It's hard to wait around ALL day and then they are running late. I like the technician and the job is good, but I don't know if I will have Sears come back or not. Erik showed up on the expected time with a positive, energetic attitude. Erik explained everything he was going to do. He was professional, effecient and completed the job in a excellent time. The job was completed well over my expectations. I was extremely satisfied with the well done job that Erik did.
I would recommend him to my family and friends. And in the future I would request for him to do any jobs that I might need done. Mike was very nice and personable. He was professional and friendly. The two techs were phenomenal. They explained what they were doing and took the time to do a great job. I could not be happier with their efforts or their courteousness. They did a very nice job, I have already told a friend. The Customer Service Rep should have explained that he would be calling from a different state to confirm times. He also did not leave a message nor did he attempt to call again. I had to call on day of service to find out the time and then had to reschedule because the scheduled time was too late in the day. Other than that every thing worked out fine. I can not fill out.
Mike did an excellent job! He is very courteous and professional. The time frame was suppose to be between 9 and 11am, they arrived at 12:15pm; I called the scheduler and let them know this is not acceptable. The customer should always be informed when they are running late. I don't have time to sit around all day and wait on service technicians to show up whenever. Someone should have called me. The technicians were knowledgable and courteous and did a great job. Very professional, kind and polite !! I ordered an AM service online and followed it with a call to Sears to make sure I would be the scheduled as close to 9:00am as possible. The representative verified my request and said that the technician will arrive to my house between 9 and 11am. The technician arrived at 12! This isn't the first time, and it is too bad to keep customer waiting, especially after verifying the time ahead. I have already recommended u The Tech was fantastic!! He was so friendly, did an outstanding job.
Will recommend Sears to others and use them again! Not at this time. Mike, who has been at my home before, is very helpful, courteous, and professional. Mike has been here a number of times. He is always polite, efficient and thorough.He did arrive a half-hour late. Might instruct technician to call customer when they see they will be late. Mike Ulibarri was extremely professional and efficient! Redo was completely satisfactory. Spots are gone and the tech couldn't have been nicer. intend to use Sears again in future. He always is very professional and even remembers different problems I have had. The technician was almost 1.5 hrs late, but this may not have been his fault. He did the work within the time planned. I would have appreciated a call from Sears that he would be late. Mike did a great job. maybe a new truck! We were very happy that Mike arrived early in the afternoon, just at about noon. Mike was here once before and we were pleased with his work and friendliness.
Mike also did not waste any time getting the cleaning completed. I understand that at times, appointments can fall behind, but a call informing me of the set back would have been great. it would be wise to contact customers who ordered service online at least 24 hours after the placed the order just to confirm the details. For some reason the system did not get my AM request and I ended up getting the service at 3:00pm! if sears were to contact me sooner I would mention my request for an Am service, and there was still time to accommodate my request. They contact me the day before the service when it was too late to change the time. Every thing way cool man Thanks Mike is a fine young man ...very curtious....pleasant...did his job well....attentive to our needs...this is our second time we have had him and we certainly will ask for him again.....he certainly is an asset to your company.......thank you Carolyn Mady There was a problem with the machine and though our technician Mike tried and redid some areas, I would have rather waited until it was working correctly.
