Technician was 1 hour and 15 minutes late but did a good job after he arrived. John worked diligently to remove tough stains. It was evident he takes his job very seriously. I cannot think of any improvements the technician was on time, very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job and my carpet still looks great. The young man was very professional and did a wonderful job. He even pointed some areas in one room where carpet was starting to wear some. I have already referred your services to my children and friends. I needed a last minute clean up and they squeezed us in and did a GREAT job we were VERY appreciative!

Thank you so muhc! There are a few spots that I would have expected to be a little better. Service was great though. Chad Skimel was very thorough in his work. He made sure he moved the furture like the beds or other things and thing he put it back with no trouble. He told us to be careful before he got started for safety reasons. The chemecials did not smell bad and smelled very clean. He was nice young man and mom and I want to have him next when do Sears cleaning process. Our tech was really nice and 'non-judgmental' of my mother's dirty house conditions. He went above and beyond and it made it really easy to deal with. My mother's house has been neglected for YEARS as her husband has to take care of her - and they are both elderly. It got SO dirty - my sister and I went for 3 days and cleaned top to bottom. Having our tech there was icing on the cake! My parents are so pleased! Joe worked at our home on 3 occasions and we were very satisfied with his work.Took his time and really explained what he did and what you have to offer in other areas.

Our technician was so helpful! He did an excellent job :-) I'm not sure how you could improve this but my only complaint would be dry time. On your website it indicated that after 4 hours furniture could be replaced. In my home, even with fans on the carpet, the carpet was still very wet after 6 hours and I didn't want any of my wood furniture on it. air purifier o3I ended up waiting until later the next day at which point they were dry.mopar 360 air cleaner decal He did as thorough of a job as he could do. sharp air purifier ig-a10eHe did not have a tall enough ladder, so he could not finish the cleaning. He kept trying, and told me to call back if it wasn't working after a few loads. I was appreciative of his efforts, now I hope it works.

The duct covers were not cleaned and replaced. Technician was polite and on time....actually called and came early. Due to the record cold we agreed to postpone the duct cleaning and appointment was confirmed for next week.
