I was very satisfy with the work done. The lady on the phone mislead about what they did. She told me that they would move the dressers and any other furniture in there way to get behind it. I basically had the whole house cleaned out with a few items left, they told me they do not move anything. Whoever took the order did not have the correct amount of room so I had to pay more than expected which I do not like at all. I also do not like anyone trying to sell me more than what I want or need. The technicians where very nice and did a good job. The information relayed when you are setting this up needs to improve. They were very polite Both Chris and Don were very knowledgeable and friendly and kept me up to speed on the entire process. They did an excellent job and I will recommend Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care to all my friends and family. Although the technician arrived beyond the scheduled time frame,I was satisfied with the reason.They were professional,and completed the service.

My question would be what would have the charge been for the correct job to do. I understand the trip fee but to pull a dryer back suck out to lint and put back the line. Nearly 200.00 I might understand that charge. Technicians were friendly, explained the problem to me, and fixed it. I can't ask for more! The technicians were professional and performed the service very well. What a great team. Even tho we paid over $600 more for other things that needed to be done, it was well worth it because I can breath and my allergies are gone..
