Not what I expected from reading your website. But the cleaning was done very well and the technician was very professional. Price was great, service good too! The gentleman did a great job! The technician mentioned he might not be able to get our chair completely clean, but it seems that it has been done better in the past - it still needs to dry, so we'll know better then. Alfredo worked very hard, and did an excellent job of cleaning my badly stained carpet and upholstery. Aaron did a very nice job. I use Sears Carpet Cleaning all the time. I would suggest that the Tech put protective booties over his street shoes after going through the yard to get to the water supply and walking on the driveway. Dirty street shoes on clean wet carpet made me flich. Craig was just great! I had several questions and he answered them thoroughly. I have two toddlers, as well, and he was extremely good with them trying to "help" him. I will definitely be contacting Sears to clean the entire house before we move out.
