Immediately upon my arrival on site, the immensity of the project and the many challenges it would present were very apparent. As you know, there had been a massive amount of water in the building for an undetermined length of time. Your rapid emergency response on a week end, in conjunction with your ability to supply the necessary equipment on a moment's notice and your keen assessment of not only the best drying strategy, but how to most effectively employ it, were absolutely vital. When we first called you the interior of the building had severe humidity and moisture problems that were causing delays and possible damage to the interior.

In no time at all you delivered desiccant dehumidifiers and other equipment on site targeting the problematic portion of the building. We went from dripping ceilings to 90% dry overnight! Within days you had the entire building climate controlled and we never experienced another humidity issue while your machines were running. Thank you for the equipment and services that DRYCO provided to us for the Winnebago County Criminal Justice Center project located in Rockford, Illinois. The dehumidification and climate control equipment that we used from June through October allowed us to maintain the project's overall schedule by meeting Interior finishes' dates. We contacted DRYCO at approximately 10:00 that morning, and by 3:00 p.m. you had arrived with your team and trucks and by 9:30 p.m. had all 6,000 charts on your trucks to haul to Illinois to begin your work.
