it's a bit hot 눉Nothing눇I booked a 2-BR suite which was unfortunately not available because of plumbing problem but they offered to give us 2 units of 1-BR suite. We were allowed early check in and late check out. Oakwood has already become our home away from home and a venue for our intimate celebrations. 눉Breakfast items were same for the whole week. more varieties could be added.눇Cleanliness, quick response and smiling staffs ready to assist 눉- lack of costumer service e.g staff doesnt really greet you and staff are not friendly enough.눇The facilities were amazing. 눇Great gym and swimming pool. Really great location close to food, Robinson's and SM Megamall. Suite was wonderful, comfortable beds and super bathroom. Will stay there again. 눇Place is comfortable and convenient location. 눉Payment card details requirements meant that my company was unable to pay for the accommodation and instead I had to make payment arrangements, which could have been more convenient.눇Beautiful room, great pool, lovely breakfast, very pleasant, friendly staff.

WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!Overall a decent hotel. Had trouble initially on my two week stay there. shower would not drain, very limited towels provided. Addressed issue with front desk, was given a better, larger room. If you shower more than once a day, plan to have cleaning service trade out your towels in order to have a clean one. no pool towels provided so you will need the one bath towel you have. only one hand towel provided even if you have kitchenette. no paper towels provided as seen in other hotels. Service is great overall. Nice variety in included breakfast.The hotel was good overall, although the internet and elevators ran slow. The toilet facility at the pool area needs renovation and repairs. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was centrally located at an area where it felt safe.
