In reality the Bionaire EverFresh is not really a true air purifier, as it doesn't come equipped with a HEPA grade filter. Instead the EverFresh is primarily a filtering ventilation unit that allows for fresh air circulation. Paired with a true HEPA air purifier, you'd have your cake and eat it too, but by itself we wonder how much difference it would make for air quality by itself.
