I know this subject was bought up awhile ago but does anyone know of a cheap laundry service near the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur? Hi , I just got back from Kl we used to give our laundry to the concierge they had an outside dry cleaner come and collect then drop it back off they used to charge 18 ringget per kilo and 3 ringett for pressing. I stayed both at the Westin and Shangli ra hotels and they both used the same laundry place that might be a good alternative so check with the Traders hotel if your interested . Traders Hotel is attached to a convention centre. Next to it are office buildings and high-end apartments. Not really places for cheap laundry businesses to operate from. Nearest laundries would probably be at Jalan Imbi nearly 1.5km away. Sorry to hijack but interested too - Anyone know how much approx for laundry at Traders? There is a really cheap laundry opposite the Novotel, it's in a very small mall on the 1st floor I forget the name of it. We had 2 weeks laundry done and it was about £20.

It's not far from traders if you use the walkway going to the pavilion. I would take my washing to Jalan Imbi - a 15min stroll - on the bit of road between the Ritz Carlton and Park Royal, not far from Times Square Mall and Sungei Wang, and you will find lots of laundry services! And a lot cheaper than mentioned in #1!!
