My machine takes three replacement filters stacked with one foam spacer at the bottom. Been using this replacement system for several years. Only use genuine Honeywell replacement filters. We have been unable to find the replacements locally for years. Since we now have grandchildren with allergies, it is wonderful to have this machine working again. Age 18-24 25-34 35-44 45-54 55-64 65 and older Gender Male Female I bought two products labeled as "replacement filters" for my air purifier. The product is presented online in such a way as to make me think that I'll be able to put one replacement filter in my purifier now, and save the other for next time the filter needs to be replaced.

Instead what I ended up with are two filters that are each less than half the size of my purifier's original filter. Apparently I'll need THREE of these smaller filters just to stack them up and equal the size of my one original filter. Not only do I not have an extra filter to save for next time, but I actually need to buy a third filter just to update my purifier this one time. Absolutely a terrible way to design and market these replacement filters. I feel like I've been swindled. Oh, and if that's not bad enough... these don't even come with the "pre-filter" that needs to be wrapped around the filter before it's installed. Overall just a terrible shopping experience. I ordered this ONE from Site to Store shipping and it took over a week to get here. Not that big a deal, until I got home and started to replace it, only to find in the instructions INSIDE the box that for MY SPECIFIC UNIT I would need THREE of these babies! The website could have saved me some trouble, by simply stating how many I would need to order up front, next to the model # the replacemt. filter was good for. Things that might be good to know!
