I have to stick my hand in dirty water and gather the now dirty, dusty hair balls before I can dump... great item, new authentic for an unbeatable price There are many great things about this vacuum- the reason I only gave it 3 stars are1. It comes with a plastic dolly with wheels - that allows it to become a canister vacuum. First of all, its not a bad machine, it vacuum is great and picks up a lot of dust. The parts are cheap, i bought this vaccum in 2014 and had issues with the brush few times... This vacuum cleans extremely well. The only reason for subtracting a star is ease of use. This is a fairly large and cumbersome machine. Bought this product in November 2014 and since we had it we have had to repair twice already. Parts breaking and nozzle head wouldn't run.
